Fine drinking glasses, elegant decorative pieces or simple window glass. Glassworks are primarily associated with these and all kinds of other glass objects. However, glass factories not only bring glass into the world, but also all kinds of other products. And it is precisely these things that Dieter Schaich from Munich is particularly fond of. These are objects from the working world of glassmakers, promotional items, souvenirs, crockery from glassworks canteens, rare photographs and much more. Over the years, he has built up a collection of over 10,000 objects. Dieter Schaich has selected around 500 particularly meaningful exhibits for the exhibition in order to be able to view the universe of glass culture from a different angle.
